GENERAL INFORMATION

First Aid

Teams are advised to bring their own first aid kits with them.

St John will be located at the turf during the weekend. The local medical centers and Hospital Accident and Emergency department will assist with more serious injuries if required. 

Ice

Will be available in the chilly bin the dug outs as well as in the bottom freezer in the canteen.

Parking

Parking is available at the grounds, accessed off Stephenson Street.

Match Balls

Hockey Marlborough will supply match balls, please ensure these are left in the dug out after the games.

Umpires

Each team will be allocated games to umpire, if your team does not have any umpires, please let us know ASAP so we can organise local umpires to help. There will be a fee of $25 per game your team is unable to do.

Food and Drink

There will be a coffee cart and food truck on site, so please bring your moola. No alcohol will be available to purchase but you are allowed to bring a box along if you wish.

Covid Related Things

Everyone will be required to scan the QR code which will be up and around at the turf. If the participant does not have the Covid Tracer App, they can manually write their details down and place their name in a box. This will all be set up at the entrance.
