GAME LENGTH

Games will be 15 min quarters with 2 mins between quarters and 5 mins half time. There will be 15 – 20 mins for warm-up time on the turf between games.

2 x Water turf

4 x changing rooms with showers, at both.

TEAM

MAKE-UP

Teams will play 11-Aside with up to 16 players per team.

All Players must be

30 yrs or over..

Entries are:

3x Mens 30+ teams

1 x Mixed 30+ team

5 x Women’s 30+ teams

1 x Women’s 35+ team

 MATCH CARDS

Match cards will need to be completed by the umpires to record the score. These can be found in the card pockets in

 the middle dugouts.

Players names do not need to be filled in.

FIRST AID

Ice will be in a chilly bin at the middle dugouts.

Teams to have their own first-aid kits.

There will be no paramedics on site.

RULES

Normal FIH Hockey rules apply.

UNIFORMS

All players must wear the same shirt.

Numbers on shirts are not compulsory.

Main strip only required. Only alternate strip socks, if you have them.  As several teams have black or navy.

DRAW

The draw has been completed and sent to team managers.

UMPIRES

Most teams do not have an umpire; we have managed to source several local umpires to help cover these teams and officiate the matches.

There is a $25 fee per game to be paid by those teams that are not providing an umpire.  Men's teams x 4 games.  Women's teams x 5 games
